A limited selection of One Night Cabins are available Monday - Thursday with a $25 Cleaning Fee.
You may check-in anytime after 4pm. Check-out time is at 11am. An automatic $25 late check-out fee will be applied if our staff is unable to enter the cabin by 11:05am.
A 1:00 PM Check-In or 3:00 PM Check-Out may be available for an additional fee of $25 each. You must request this prior to the day of arrival to arrange this. You may request these during the booking process in the "Additional Information" section. We will let you know if we are not able to provide this.

Additional Guests
$30 per night for each additional guest, plus 13% state hotel tax. (This includes all people, over the age of 1 yr.)

Pets
$40 (plus tax) One-Time Non-Refundable Fee for each Pet.
We allow a maximum of two pets per cabin (up to 30lbs. each). Select the number of pets on the “GIFT SHOP” section of your On-Line Reservation. Due to our Insurance, the following breeds are NOT allowed on the property: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd.

All Buildings and trails are Smoke-Free Environments
NO SMOKING ON THE TRAILS. Smoking outside is permitted on the porch of your cabin. If smoking inside the cabin is detected a $500 charge will be applied.
Deposit Fee
First night’s fee + retail items are required to confirm your reservation. Payment is made by credit card through our On-Line Reservation System, prior to your stay. The remainder will be auto-charged on the same credit card 14 days prior your arrival. Please call us if you would like to change your payment information. 979-530-7992
Credit Cards are Required for all bookings
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Amex. We cannot accept checks for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Rates and policies are subject to change and may vary during peak times and special events.
The cancellation fee is $75 per cabin.
Reservations cancelled within 14 days will receive no refunds. If you have to cancel or change your reservation within 14 days of the reserved date for any reason, you are responsible for the full reservation amount. If we are able to re-book the cabin, you will be refunded less $75 cancellation fee.
In the event of a pandemic, government shutdown or uncontrollable event, we will be offering a voucher rather than a refund.
Antique Festival Dates
All reservations during Round Top Antique Festival related events are non-refundable. Final payments will automatically be processed within 7 days of making the reservation using the card on file. Dates are subject to change, so please confirm this information with us.
Holiday reservations can only be cancelled 30 days or more from the day of check-in. Reservations must be paid in full within 30 days of the date of arrival. If reserved within 30 days of check-in during holidays, payments are non-refundable.
Group reservations of 3 or more cabins must be paid in full when booking and can only be cancelled 60 days or more from the reservation date. A cancellation fee of $75 per cabin will be deducted from refund if cancelled more than 60 days from the date of arrival.

Cleaning and Repair Policy
The innkeeper reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of up to $150, plus charges for any damages to the property. This will only be applied in special cases of abuse to the facilities.
Tax
