1890’s Log Cabin (Sleeps 2):

 

$145 per night (double occupancy), plus 13% Hotel Occupancy Tax, for the entire log cabin. 

 

This includes:

·      Fully equipped modern kitchen

·      Breakfast items placed in refrigerator, for you to prepare at your leisure.

·      A large loft bedroom with a  king-sized bed (Stearns and Foster pillowtop mattress – comfy!)

·      An upper balcony with table and chairs

·      Full bathroom with large shower

All Packages:

 

Two Night Minimums are required for stays between Thursday and Sunday.

 

Check-in time is at 4 PM. Check-out time is at Noon.  

A 1:00 PM Check-In or 3:00 PM Check-Out may be available for an additional fee of $25.  You must request this prior to the day of arrival to arrange this.  Put this request in the “Special Requirements” section when you make your On-Line Reservation, and we will confirm whether we can do this.

 

$25 per night for each additional guest over two years of age, plus 13% state hotel tax. 

 

$35 non-refundable pet deposit per visit.  Call for details if you have pets. 

 

All guests and pets must be declared.  Any undeclared guest or pet will be an additional charge of $50.00 per day.

 

All buildings are smoke-free environments.  Smoking outside is permitted.

 

First night’s fee is required to confirm your reservation. Payment is made by cash, check, credit card, or money order prior to your stay.  

 

Credit cards accepted:       VISA, MasterCard, Discover

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

There are no refunds for a cancellation Zero to Seven days prior to the reservation.

With more than Seven days notice, a $45.00 Cancellation Administrative fee will be charged.

 

Cleaning and Repair Policy:

 

The innkeeper reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of up to $150, plus charges for any damages to the property.  This will only be applied in special cases of abuse to the facilities.

 

Tax:

 

County and State Hotel Occupancy Tax is 13% for all stays.

 

 

 

Treehouse Cottage (Sleeps up to 4):

 

$145 per night (double occupancy), plus 13% Hotel Occupancy Tax, for the entire treehouse cottage. 

 

This includes:

·     Fully equipped modern kitchen.

·      Breakfast items placed in refrigerator, for you to prepare at your leisure.

·     King-sized bed (Stearns and Foster pillowtop mattress – comfy!)

·     Sofa makes into Queen hide-a-bed.

·     A great balcony with porch swing and overhead fan.

·     Lots of windows bring the trees inside.

·     Full bathroom with shower.

Farmhouse (Sleeps up to 10):

 

$250 per night (double occupancy) plus 13% Hotel Occupancy Tax, for the entire farmhouse.

 

This includes:

·      Fully equipped modern kitchen.

·      Breakfast items placed in refrigerator, for you to prepare at your leisure.

·      Laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer

·      3 bedrooms, each with a  king-sized bed

·      Two upstairs sitting rooms, with additional sleeping for 4.

·      Ping pong and air hockey

·      An upper balcony with table and chairs

·      Two full bathrooms.

·      Outside front and back decks, hot tub, and 6 acre property.

$175 per night (double occupancy), plus 13% Hotel Occupancy Tax, for the entire Spa Cabin. 

 

This includes:

·     Fully equipped modern kitchen.

·     32” LCD TV with DVD Player

·     King-sized bed

·     Massage Table

·     A great front porch with porch swing and 4-person hot tub.

·     Lots of windows bring the hill country inside.

·     Huge bathroom with shower, double sinks, table and chairs.

·     Sofa makes into Queen hide-a-bed.
