Two Night Minimums are required for stays between Thursday and Sunday.

Check-in time is at 4 PM. Check-out time is at Noon.

A 1:00 PM Check-In or 3:00 PM Check-Out may be available for an additional fee of $25. You must request this prior to the day of arrival to arrange this. Select “1PM early check-in” and/or “3PM late check-out” on the “Additional Items” section of your On-Line Reservation. We will confirm whether we can do this.

$25 per night for each additional guest, plus 13% state hotel tax. (This includes all people, regardless of age.)

All guests and pets must be declared.

Any undeclared guest or pet will be an additional charge

of $50.00 per day.

$35 One-Time Non-Refundable Deposit for each Pet.

Select the number of pets on the “Additional Items” section of your On-Line Reservation.

All buildings are smoke-free environments.

Smoking outside is permitted.

First night’s fee is required to confirm your reservation.

Payment is made by cash, check, credit card, or money order prior to your stay.

Cancellation and Re-Booking Policies

There are no refunds for a cancellation Zero to Seven days prior to the reservation. The FULL AMOUNT of your visit will be charged. With more than Seven days notice, a $45.00 Cancellation Administrative fee will be charged.

With more than seven days notice, a reservation can be re-booked for a different date, depending on availability. A $25 Re-Booking fee will be charged.

SPECIAL RULES FOR THE ROUND TOP ANTIQUE SHOW:

FALL: Last 10 days of Sept - first 7 days of October

SPRING: Last 10 days of March - first 7 days of April

There are NO REFUNDS for a cancellation 30 DAYS or less, prior to the reservation. The FULL AMOUNT of your visit will be charged.

With more than 30 days notice, there will be a $45 cancellation/administrative fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Cleaning and Repair Policy

The innkeeper reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of up to $150, plus charges for any damages to the property. This will only be applied in special cases of abuse to the facilities.
