The Farmhouse
Vacationing at Scenic Hill means living in the big, two-story, 100 year old farm house on the hill. Spread out to 3 bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed. A full sized kitchen with modern appliances makes cooking and snacking a treat.

Three spacious bedrooms add to the comfort and relaxation that the country offers. Downstairs: The Founder’s Bedroom. Original to the 100 year old house, features a King-Sized bed with a TV/DVD player, available for late night movies.
Upstairs: The Grand Bedroom This 30’ X 14’ room contains two King-Sized beds, and a TV/DVD player. The beds are separated by a dividing-wall, which contains a closet on each side.
Upstairs: The Scenic Bedroom. This cozy room features a King-Sized bed, a TV/DVD player. It has an adjacent private sitting room (Left inset) with an air hockey table and glass door leading to the second-floor back deck. (below)
The Front Upstairs deck is great for long leisurely chats.

The 2 Story Back deck is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy. The bottom deck has a large, covered area with lights and ceiling fans, and open area with an 8-person hot tub. The top deck is great for stargazing. Both offer gorgeous views of the rolling hills of Washington County.
