Tucked away in the eastern section of our woods, the Homestead Cabin is a private retreat oasis. The Homestead Cabin is an original 1850’s hand-hewn log cabin, lovingly restored for your enjoyment. Doors, trim, cabinetry and railings were made with wood that was original to the cabin. The cabin has a large front porch that faces a grove of Live Oak trees and the rolling hills beyond. |

The porch swing is great for relaxing the afternoon away. The four-person hot-tub is a great place to watch the sunset. An outdoor propane BBQ grill is ready for some home cooking. An outdoor picnic table makes for a relaxed lunch. |

A fully functional kitchen is provided with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and garbage disposal. Bring your own groceries and say goodbye to civilization! The dining nook has a big table by two windows. Enjoy the scenery as you dine. |

The second floor loft provides a light, airy place to hang out. A comfy leather couch, rocking chair, and recliner chair offer great relaxing and napping opportunities. A table and chairs provide an alternate breakfast nook or a family game table. Bring your own DVDs and watch them on the flat screen TV. The couch and a rollaway bed transform this space into a second bedroom. |
