The Farmhouse

The Farmhouse sleeps 10 comfortably under one roof. It’s porches, decks, and huge front yard make for a perfect gathering place.

Planning for Larger Groups

Scenic Hill can lodge groups up to 38 people. Prices range between $45-$70 per person/per night (plus tax), depending on the buildings selected and the size of the group. Below are three example packages that illustrate the per-night price of groups of 6-20 people.

Value Package #1: Start with the Farmhouse, then add the Grand Spa and Woodland Cottage

The Farmhouse is perfect for groups up to 10. For larger groups, we recommend renting both the Farmhouse and the Grand Spa.

This package allows access to:

· The decks, porches and large front lawn of the Farmhouse

· The full kitchens of the Farmhouse and Grand Spa

· The Main Room of the Grand Spa (great for group dining and events)

· The 8-person Hot Tub of the Farmhouse, and the 4-Person Hot Tub of Grand Spa.

For groups larger than 16, our other nearby cabins and cottages offer convenient additional lodging.

Family Cabin Package: Start with the Spa Vistas and Spa Cabin and add others.

This package is built around our larger indiviual cabins, and is perfect for up to five families that each want their own private cabins.

The Spa Vistas Cabin has a large Main Room that can be set up for group meals. The Spa Vistas, Spa Cabin, Homstead Cabin, and Grand Spa all have their own private 4-person Hot Tubs.

The Grand Spa comfortably sleeps 6 and has a large Main Room for group meals and meetings.

$195 plus tax per night for 2.

Add $25 for each additional person over 2 years of age.

· Two outdoor sitting areas with BBQ Grill and elevated 4-person hot tub.

· Living room with 52” LCD TV, DVD Player, Dish-TV Satellite, sound system and Disco ball.

· Custom kitchen with Dishwasher and serving bar for buffet-style meals.

· Cozy bedroom with King-sized bed, Sleeper Sofa and big picture windows.

· Roomy bathroom with big shower; additional ½ bath.
